When I first met her I could barely get out of bed or put effort into my appearance. These days I find myself looking forward to fulfilling ways to spend time outside. She has helped me bounce back up after a deep loss and I am looking forward to the woman I am becoming. I used to think therapy would not yield results for me but she absolutely changed my mind.
