Preventing Burnout

A support group is a gathering of people dealing with a certain condition or circumstance such as caregiving, addiction, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout etc. The group will offer a safe space to share, and to get information that’s practical, constructive, and helpful. Through these shared experiences of those facing similar challenges you will feel less alone and better able to cope with your problems.
